Shipping policy

At Alilyboutique, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 3-15 business days from the date that it is placed.

PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME:

  Processing time before shipment: 1-5 Business Days depends on the quantity of items ordered

  Standard Shipping: 6-9 Days

  Expedited Shipping: 4-7 Days

  Express Shipping: 2-3 Days

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. If you have not received the order confirmation email, please check if the email address you left us is correct or check your spam.

Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING:

It normally takes 1-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, usually we will indicate it in the variant option.

If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, then we can ship it in one day.

SHIPPING:

Shipment takes approximately 3 to 15 business days to reach destination countries.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.
